1. About Audiar

Audiar is a social listening and response tool operated by Podium Brands Limited(Company No. 14423877), registered in England and Wales. Audiar is a software tool, not a marketing agency. We provide AI-drafted replies for your review - you are responsible for the content you choose to post on any platform.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must comply with the terms of service of any platform you post on (Reddit, Twitter/X, MoneySavingExpert, etc.).
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any draft reply before posting it.
  • You must not use Audiar to engage in spam, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law.
  • You must ensure that any content you post is accurate and does not constitute misleading advice.

3. Our responsibilities

  • We will provide the Audiar service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We will maintain the security of your account and data.
  • We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Draft replies are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we design prompts to produce accurate, helpful, and platform-appropriate replies, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You must review all drafts before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal correctness of any AI-generated content.

5. No guarantee of results

Audiar is a tool to assist with social listening and community engagement. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to: engagement rates, lead generation, reply rates, or any other metric.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium Brands Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Audiar, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of reputation, platform account suspensions, or any consequences of content you choose to post.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

Audiar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Podium Brands Limited. Draft replies generated by Audiar for your use are licensed to you for the purpose of posting on the relevant platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Audiar at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
